2018 has marked 115 years since the emergence of ZEISS in Russia. In 1903, the Company’s first trade mission was opened in St. Petersburg, and today ZEISS is the most famous equipment supplier for science, business, medicine, and education in Russia and the CIS.
At the beginning of the 20th century, St. Petersburg became the third city outside Germany, where the Carl Zeiss plant started accepting orders for instruments and equipment. Since then, the ZEISS brand has built an impeccable reputation for quality and reliability among Russian users.
Today, hundreds of research laboratories, R&D institutes, and medical centres use high-precision ZEISS equipment. We are proud of the recognition we’ve earned among scientists, doctors, and patients and arrange training workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences CTERP, STRANN, and Art of Restoration for the experience exchange between Russian and foreign partners.
